(IDEOLOGICALLY SENSITIVE)
I don't believe in Yahweh, but if I did, I would worship Satan simply for being Yahweh's opponent — from the Bible he seems like he must be a nicer guy than Yahweh, if only because it would be impossible to surpass Yahweh's cruelty. Superstition is no excuse for the bigotry of some Christians, in fact, it only makes it all the more inexcusable that they worship him despite believing that he truly sends everyone to hell if they don't stroke his ego. I'd rather share hell with everyone else than share heaven with hypocrites: if it had forever to do so, my soul would get used even to the worst possible physical pain, but never to the moral suffering of condoning it being done to others as that goes against my soul. "Just following orders" means hurting others to save one's own skin: Yahweh's hell would be no different from Hitler's holocaust, and I'd rather be among the victims than the victimizers. I'm not afraid of anything because no matter what happens I am always free to be myself, and even an omnipotent God could take everything from me but my soul, which is the only thing that matters. I could stay strong even in hell the same way Viktor Frankl could stay strong in the concentration camp, by having the purpose to remain myself.
