Tai Chi Catharsis

I'm not a disciplined person. I spent my childhood playing video games, I dropped out of college, I repeated a year in high school and only graduated through homeschooling. But tai chi is the one repetitive thing that I succeeded in learning, and it's because it's so worth it — and you can feel that even as you're learning it, and that's what kept me going. At first it may actually feel horrible, as your body resists the flow of (kinetic) energy, but after a while it becomes extremely cathartic.
