In retrospect, time always seems to have flown, but when we're in the moment, it always creeps by — as any meditator knows. Time seems to speed up as we age because the present becomes an ever smaller fraction of our lifetime, so that we spend more of our time living in the past and by extension in the future, than in the present. The secret to eternal youth is to always keep living in the moment… that's the only way we can take care of ourselves enough, in every breath we take, to slow down aging. Living in the present doesn't mean not thinking about the past and future, but enjoying your experiences, rather than sitting through them, out of routine, to get past them.
